With a delicate balance of juniper, lime flowers, orange peel and a touch of lavendar, it is the true essence of Highcleres ancient estate. Distilled above an ancient underground water source, Highclere Castle Gin is a traditional London Dry Gin produced in England’s oldest gin distillery in an antique copper still which dates back to the 1800s. This exceptionally smooth London Dry Gin integrates juniper, orange zest, lime flower, cardamom, and other botanicals along with Highclere’s famous oats to soften the finish.
